Administration
As an administrative clerk at Norwest Blinds your job would entail. Following up leads, scheduling quotes and installations. Assuring that customer support and feedback is answered. (Be that on the phone, or over the internet) Implementing the use our accounts software to send clients quotes and invoices. Keeping our customer database up-to-date and answering incoming phone calls.
Requirements
Have at least 2 years of office environment experience
An understanding of Microsoft Office programs
Able to be punctual and clear over the phone
A willingness to learn about the industry standards
Ordering new stock from suppliers
